(COVID-19) UPDATE

Dear Valued Customer,
The entire Emerson Apparatus team around the world is working hard to manage the evolving COVID-19 crisis.
We continue to ship globally, with our highest priority being customers manufacturing life-saving medical equipment and medical devices, as well as transportation, energy, communications, information technology, emergency services, public works, logistics, food and agriculture, chemical, water, national defense, national security, and other critical manufacturing sectors.
Pursuant to guidelines issued by the US Cyber-security and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) and the US Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Emerson Apparatus is an essential critical infrastructure business and is required to remain open and to continue to receive and ship products.
Our location is in full operation. All customer service and technical support teams are fully available by email and by telephone.
Our priority is to keep all Emerson Apparatus team members around the world safe from the virus by implementing preventative and protective measures. At the same time, we are also working diligently for our customers and suppliers to maintain their design-chains and supply-chains by ensuring the continued delivery of our products globally.
To these ends, we have created policies to slow the virus spread. We have limited travel, canceled meetings and trade-shows, restricted visitors, encouraged sick people to stay home, and have enhanced our cleaning and disinfecting procedures. We are also protecting those that must work on-site in our facility by reducing the number of people in the building by encouraging others to work from home when applicable.
We foresee limited impact on most products at this time. Any delivery changes on out-of-stock products will continue to be communicated to affected customers. Delivery dates and lead-times will also continue to be updated on any affected part number.
Emerson Apparatus is in close communication with our suppliers and shipping services, and we will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates.
